MELBOURNE, Feb 22 AAP - Safety inspectors are investigating a second crane accidentat a construction site at Victoria University.
A 40-tonne crane tipped over at 9am (AEDT) today while lifting a heavy steel beam andcame to rest against the wall of the university gymnasium.
